Informative letter at the link. Curious that juries are agreeing with the prosecution in some of these cases. If the evidence, simple as it must be, shows that the defendant fails to disperse under orders from the LAPD, can the jury still find the defendant not guilty and within his or her rights to remain in protest as a participant in a peaceful assembly? What are the obligations of the jury? What does it mean to be guilty in such cases?
