What are the largest forums for discussing the Occupy movement? It's decentralized nature can make the groups rather insular, our's here in Denver is certainly guilty of this. I'm looking for forums that aren't particular to any city's occupation. They don't even need to be exclusively dedicated to the occupy movement. I'm new to this sort of thing. I'm sure there are forums and discussion boards that preexist Occupy Wall Street's start a month ago that have a lot of talk on them. Any suggestions would help.
I am so happy to see this "Occupy" movement and hope that people stand up and listen and take a real stand to take back America from the super rich and put it back in the hands of all Americans, As the Presidential elections of 2012 are nearing, we need to look at the facts and see who is voting to help the rich and who is voting to help Americans, all Americans. Taking money away from senior citizens just so the rich will have to pay less is so far beyond wrong. People never had a choice of whether to pay into the Social security system. That money was withdrawn from each paycheck and used by the US government all these years and now that Americans are aging they fear that that tiny check will not be their for them when they retire. To me this is just plain stealing and the US government has no right to play with people's lives. think of when the stock market crashed in 1929 and the wealthy lost all their money and so many took their own lives because they could not stand to be poor. Well how sad is that? I see so much more sadness when people work their entire lives and put away money into a government controlled "SAVINGS" and then have the threat of that little bit of money each month taken away by greedy politicians and the rich greedy ones who support them. I am not some idiot rambling on about nonsense. I speak the truth for those who will listen. I hope these movements continue up until the polls close on election day in NOV 2012. Talk to everyone you know who is as sick and tired of the screwed up economy as we are and tell them to vote. God bless America and please pray for our future.
