17 (ex-Soviet republic) Tajikistan migrant workers died on 3 April 2012 when a night time fire engulfed a Moscow market warehouse that had been stocked to the ceiling with cots and turned into a makeshift home.

The U.S.S.R. constitution's:

Article 40 - Citizens of the USSR have the right to work. Article 41 - Citizens of the USSR have the right to their rest and leisure. Article 44 - Citizens of the USSR have the right to housing.

...as a result of this, mainly Article 40, 41 and 44 were crushed while poor/middle class citizens started becoming migrants "internally displaced persons" (IDP) as well as modern slaves in European Union/America.

Few kilometres away from Red Square - Kremlin Palace, poor/middle class citizens were treated like modern slaves by 1% rich oligarchy, which lead to the deaths of 17 workers. Labour exploitation with under paid salaries, not providing healthy housing is happening to Tajikistans in Moscow, while the poor Russians/others are facing the same social treatment in Euro zone / USA. ILO (International Labour Organization), spymasters of SVR/FSB are impotent administratively due to lavish donations of American dollars / Euros into their coffers. Just see how SVR/FSB is reduced politically with strategies...

Where is the Russian prestige gone?

Don't you understand how entire current Russian Federation has become another federal state of United States of America across the Atlantic Ocean with greed for dollars and not the human values of its 99% citizens?

As 99% Russian spymasters are mad for foreign products such as Mercedes Benz / BMW / Jeep / Levis / hamburgers / scotch whiskey...etc., they can enjoy those without crushing the human dignity / Russian prestige by forming a 100% socialist open-market economic globalization in collaboration with BRICS / G20 / Shanghai-Cooperation. When pre-Gorbachev KGB managed the Soviet Union so effectively, why can't present Kremlin find dedicated spymasters to bring back the former Russian glory with human dignity for 99%?

Latest printing of comrade Stalin's picture on the covers of exercise book covers is another positive approach to revive former Soviet glory. Similarly the Article 40, 41, 42, 43, 44 and 45, must be printed on exercise book covers, so that younger generations will learn that pre-Gorbachev era Kremlin 100% guaranteed all these values to entire populations without becoming modern slaves for American dollars / Euros.
