$6.2 mil for an "adviser" (x 190 advisers)to train Iraqi cops. 12% goes to actual training. It is sad when even the Iraqi Minister say it is a waste, that it should be spent on Americans back in America instead. Someone must be getting a huge kickback. Wonder which politician is getting the fat check.....
