The requirement to earn vast amounts of money no longer involves moral fiber and education... Great men and women built this country, some were robber barons, but the best had character and patriotism, vision derived from family, religion, love of country... Now we have squadrons of pirates who simply went to business school and learned how to game the american dream... They build big houses and hide... The best of the old guard at least met like men and faced each other in rooms and held each other to high standards of discipline and good character...For the most part, They lived with some degree of modesty- station wagons- not hummers... the world has changed...
