Never before in all our history, has there been a percentage of humanity so immensely wealthy as today, but at the same time so immensely poor regarding ideas about what to do with the accumulated riches.
Money means power and the ones who possess it rule the world. Others keep living on credit, scraping along below poverty level or even dying of hunger.
Blinded by arrogance, haughtiness, complacency and vain gloriousness we are building a world that is ruled by the individual's lust for money, wealth and power, and not by the mass tendency to achieve a higher civilization level – to say farewell to »having more« in order to »become more«.
Money didn't help us create anything of true value; anything that would be crucial for the survival of the civilization:
we didn't ensure world peace, we didn't contribute to a more humane society,
- we didn't manage to put social justice into force,
- we didn't transform into an environmentally responsible society,
- we didn't succeed in establishing values that give life real meaning,
- we didn't manage to develop into a »become more« society,
- we didn't manage to live in togetherness as mankind.
Instead, we have built a world we don't even understand ourselves, do not know how to manage it and, as a result, cannot control it. Day by day we go on believing we're gonna make it. But we won't. We are rapidly heading for the future of violence and chaos, because we are not able to surpass the limits of our narrow-mindedness and start thinking about the alternatives; suggestions, how to build a better world. And alternatives do exist; we just need to listen to the ones who offer them.
Therefore: let's keep our hands off the money and suddenly our heads will be full of ideas about how to create a better world. New world. World without money. Ecohuman world.
who exactly are you talking about when you say - "we"
"but at the same time so immensely poor regarding ideas about what to do with the accumulated riches."
They have the best plan ever. Total control of the educational system so that the people have no clue what money is, how it works, how to save it or how to use it.
A nation of mindless consumers. Idiocracy 2014.
