been playing around with some ideas in my head. could be way off on this one, but here is my thought.

what i think needs to happen is we need to free as many people as possible as being dependent on cash. when money is involved, power is involved and then those that are in power control those that need or want money. but what if, for as much money as we have left, we use it to setup small communities of people that are as little dependent on cash/large economies as possible? ie. we take the money donated and help people setup sustainable gardening practices so they are lest dependent on money to eat.

the more of the 99% that do not depend on the 1% for a job the better off we are i would think. so what we need to do is somehow make money work against itself, the more money that we get the more we use that money to make ourselves less dependent on it rather than more dependent on it.

So what you're saying is that we take all the money we get and spend it to take ourselves from a industrial/digital society to a non-industrial, not-digital (since we won't spend the money for those kinds of things) hunter/gatherer/farmer one? Isnt' that a bit of a step backwards?

Honestly, yeah, everyone could do with a little down-in-the-country know-how, such as how to hunt, fish, and farm, but the only way you're going to be completely free from dependence on money or the barter system is to rewind the clock and go back to the olden days of yore... like say, the stone age.
