It would be great if you posted the Process Rules for your Assemblies somewhere on the site. You are doing an amazing job of process!
I agree. Because if we want to create real democracies, we have to know how to decide, how to listen and how to speak! It's not about capitalism first, it's about democracy, people have not the power.
