When I was in middle school we saw a video on indigenous peoples in South America. The pukey part was watching a woman use a potato peeler to skin guinea pigs. They had a big pile of dead ones. It was gross. To them, it was food. BTW, Amazonian tribes eat a lot of bugs. Lastly, my dear DKAT, why are you answering yourself? Is it one of those things where you kept thinking of what you REALLY wanted to say? Too much comic material? Have a good one. Non vermin of course. Rats are cool people, I hate for them to be food. I'm sure they aren't big on the idea either.
Answering myself? No - just trying to stress the fact of global warming consequences that perhaps many never stop to consider = what lies ahead - besides extreme weather consequences.
Global extinction may be due to any other issues at hand. I didn't catch the warming agenda as clearly defined here. I would be concerned about the escalation of hostilities between so many nations who are sick of playing nice. Man made contaminants. Things to bring Armageddon potentially way too close and without escape. That's what I would worry about in that context.
If things are allowed to get that far - yep - violence by maddened people will be horrendous. As IS already seen in areas of devastating poverty.
mmmm Rodent - the "other" mystery meat.

Tired of the same old french fried cockroach for dinner every night?
Spice things up a bit tonight - try field mice - they are still free range raised.

Having a large group over for the Holidays? No Problem! Put Fido at ease and Serve em a Capybara - there will be plenty to go round and perhaps even some leftovers.
