Forum Post: Message of Support Received from Revolutionaries Around the World

My Dear Friends, my dear brothers and sisters, my dear comrades who stand tall against injustice, who stay upright in the face of brutality and those who have become the light of hope in the darkness this world has become. My heart, which had become cold and still from the chill of status quo has become filled with warmth and beats again as it is now filled with the spring breeze of change. You are the hope for the hopeless, the voice of the voiceless, the sight of the blind, the smasher of lies and the undeniable victory against injustice. Yes, undeniable victory, for truth can never be suppressed forever and as sure as the day follows the night, the light of truth will devour the darkness of injustice.

O you who now strive to be free. Do not succumb to anything less than true freedom. Stay strong in the face of their brutality and do not fall for their fake bribes. In other words, your goal must not be to achieve peace from the batons of the police or the temporary whiff of pleasure from small concessions, no, rather your goal must be that which frees you from the chains of being a slave to a corrupt system, this higher goal by its essence will bring you both peace and the sweet taste of freedom.

For too long this system has defined what liberty, freedom and resistance mean. They have used these words as tools to blind us from seeing injustice, deafen us from hearing cries and put us to sleep so we would keep enjoying the American dream whilst getting nothing in real life. As someone wise once said, the worst of oppressions is when one thinks they are free. In other words, the worst of oppressions was committed against us! Too long this system has made us a slave to our greed, lust, envy and fear and used them to control us. Whilst singing songs and praises of apparent freedom and liberty, their tunes hypnotised us into not even realizing that we are becoming prisoners of our own selves, and in turn, they exploited this imprisonment for their own benefit.

Therefore, to become the perfect flag bearer of revolution let us stay true to Mahatma Ghandi’s wise words, be the change you wish to see in the world. Meaning what? If you wish to see freedom in the world, learn to be free inside of yourself. Build yourself up so that on one side you do not become the slave of corrupt systems, and on the other side you do not become the slave of your lust, fear or any other tools used by the corrupt systems to aid their oppression. Make these revolutions about internal change and external change, internal freedom and external freedom.

Please accept these humble few words from an admirer of you, the giants and legends that will be remembered in history. Keep your heads down, your voices up and keep working hard. You are an inspiration to all freedom loving people in the world and know that our support, prayers and well wishes are with you.
