It's better than that Dylan utilized a "Gag" order on Damiano Judge Simandle and Judge Rosen granted Dylan a "confidentiality order" designating all discovery materials as confidential which violated Damiano's first amendment rights. Dylan wanted to go after Damiano's assets.
