Everyone with a retirement account where you have any control over how your funds are invested or anyone who invest for any reason. Transfer your funds to insured savings accounts or insured bonds. Pick a day, say like next Friday and everyone transfer out of stocks.
This should also work to notify the Senate & Congress that "WE THE PEOPLE" are well and truly sick of things the way they are.
