What I really want to say is this: at the October 8, 2011 Occupy march in Bellingham, WA someone made a short speech that I think says a great deal about what we all want from the Occupy movement, The following is the essence of that speech: that We The People demand that we be allowed to create a tribunal to bring to trial all those in government, corporations, or big banks who have committed crimes against the people and that those who are found guilty of such crimes be punished accordingly." In the days of our forefathers, those who originally founded this country and the government and the original constitution, many of the acts of our government, starting in the Reagan days, and many of the acts of the large corporations and banks that exist today, would have considered as treasonous, and dealt with as such. If we had this kind of focus and demand it would instantly stop all the speculation about the movement having no demands and/or no focus.

There is a problem. Excluding a few instances like insider trading, most of what they did was legal. Our current system allowed them to do what they did. THat is why no one is in jail. There is no legal basis to punish them. Also, GS is doing God's work.

The crimes are too many too list. They basically fall into one of two basic categories: crimes against human rights and crimes against environmental rights... from there on it would be itemize itemize itemize... for ten years

I have been reading a lot of posts including yours and one common thread is allegations of "crimes against the people." What cimes? Be specific. If any of the people, companies, or organizaitons have committed a crime be specific. If they are simply operating with in the system set up for them and you don't like it, protest our politicians in DC.

If all you have is 'crimes against the people" "corporate greed" then you have nothing and please leave them alone. Protest the Dems and Repubs.
