We are very scattered in our specific goals, can we find just three things we can agree upon?

As for myself I think: a) let the banks finance them selves i.e. THEY have to insure all accounts, not the fed which ends up being us.

b) Fed spending on different agencies needs to be there because, if we hadn't let Bush admin cut back i.e EPA maybe we could have caught the problem in the gulf spill, SEC, maybe we could have caught the banking problem early.

and

c) Expand the whistle blower act by rewarding anyone who blows the whistle on companies/persons who are screwing with government agencies with false billing which cost the tax payer billions. i.e medicaid, armaments, construction etc

I do believe many more will join if we have three basic goals, even though people have other things that are important to them specifically, WHAT CAN THE MAJORITY AGREE ON?

How are you going to justify continuing spending in an economy that is shrinking in real time and a government whose debt load has already caused a reduction in ratings (which means interest rate on our debt goes up)?
