Should have your fact right: didn't go in jail for fraud and tax evasion: it was for 'conspiracy' in view to not refund loan to him... (it is funny, for after they attack him as a conspiracist, but they put him in jail for a tentative of conspiracy... it exist or not??? ) An the authority just shut down all its publication as the EIR and the science 21th century magazine (the way they were making money) and after said, you see, will not paid... It has been a frame up: it is George Bush father that put him in (the first court in Boston said the case was a no receiver, for too much irregularity from the government; so they send the case to the 'rocket docket' in Virginia, right wing judge, where not just him, but an associate like Mike Billington got 7 times 11 years!!!! just ridicule! A JP Morgan or a Goldman Sach would not even make a day in jail… You have to know they had just publish the Unauthorized biography of Bush father, they made a campaign to screw up the Oliver North candidacy, etc. so daddy was not happy. It is Clinton that got him out. More crazy??? Consistently attacking since the 1970s the policy of IMF and austerity economic: he warn of the present collapsed, for he developed a unique approach to economic, based on physical economy and could saw that the US went from a producer economy to a more and more consumer one (living on debt) and financial one.
Was he crazy attacking the war in Iraq? Was he crazy attacking the 'Washington consensus' that impoverished third world country (as Mexico)? Was he crazy to proposed cancelling debt (the illegitimated one) and lunching big infrastructure project with cheap credit for US and third one country? His he crazy fighting for a space program (if so, Kennedy was too…) And now, the Glass Steagall need to be put back: maybe that sound crazy to a bankers greedy speculators, but certainly not to a sane person with a brain that don't swallow every rumors spread from big media and the small guys, well known by the way, internet slanderers...
