I'm certainly not a wealthy person. Didn't go to college. Went straight to work after high school, made my way in life. Had some good times and some bad times but I'm not complaining. Everything I have I worked hard for. In the end, it's only material things and it doesn't really matter. What matters is how YOU treat your fellow man. Forget how you've been treated. That doesn't matter. There will always be bad people in this world. Just don't be one of them. Whether you're part of the so-called 1% or the 99% you have the ability to treat your fellow man decently. What this world needs is a spiritual revolution. Why bother with anything less. Love your neighbor...even those more fortunate than you.
You say you want a revolution Well, you know We all want to change the world You tell me that it's evolution Well, you know We all want to change the world But when you talk about destruction Don't you know that you can count me out Don't you know it's gonna be all right all right, all right
You say you got a real solution Well, you know We'd all love to see the plan You ask me for a contribution Well, you know We're doing what we can But when you want money for people with minds that hate All I can tell is brother you have to wait Don't you know it's gonna be all right all right, all right Ah
ah, ah, ah, ah, ah...
You say you'll change the constitution Well, you know We all want to change your head You tell me it's the institution Well, you know You better free you mind instead But if you go carrying pictures of chairman Mao You ain't going to make it with anyone anyhow Don't you know it's gonna be all right all right, all right all right, all right, all right all right, all right, all right
I agree. I think that the more fortunate may not look at it that way all the time.
I know they donate money and help others but more harm is done to those less fortunate than the amount that they donate.
I think that some less fortunate become angry and don't want to love thy neighbor because they are focused on surviving or hustling or sometimes doing nothing.
