Forum Post: Looking for some insight!! Why are we occupying Wall Street?

Hello Occupy Wall Street, I have a question. The Occupy Wall street movement seems to be unorganized and I’ll positioned! Assuming that many of you are for Free Market Capitalism, why are you occupying Wall Street? I believe that the success and failures of the private sector should stay private and that the public policies should do little to interact with our free market! Now I do prefer that the private affairs of our private market stay “private to an extent.” By that I mean very little regulation. For example I’m not for monopolies because it infringes on freedoms, abolishes competition and denies us the right to choose within the market place! Why are you focusing your efforts towards individuals in the market place who are extremely successful at what they do? Isn’t it the Governmental policy’s, intervention and Keynesian style of thought that allows insatiable people to profit from the 99%’s hardship? Free Markets provides winners and losers! When governments try to decided who shouldn’t lose, is where the real issues arise!
