The recent #Occupy protests are driven by discontent with the present state of affairs: glaring economic inequality, dead-end Democratic Party politics, and, for some, the suspicion that capitalism could never produce an equitable society. These concerns are coupled with aspirations for social transformation at an international level. For many, the protests at Wall St. and elsewhere provide an avenue to raise questions the Left has long fallen silent on:
- What would it mean to challenge capitalism on a GLOBAL scale?
- How could we begin to overcome social conditions that adversely affect EVERY PART of life?
- And, how could a new international radical movement address these concerns IN PRACTICE?

Karl Heinrich Marx was a douchebag. He wouldn't even fathom the complexity or genius of starting a societal open think tank. He was a narcisisstic bum that wanted the world to be a better place as long as it benefited him. This is the root of true corruption as it exists in all of us. It doesn't take a lot realize that any society will collapse at its strongest and weakest points consuming the middle. There is no true societal platform that openly works for long due to corruption, loss of resources, or through conquest. This is the true beauty of the bio human development enigma. You want results in maintaining harmony through a pivotal society then the dominant factor must maintain awareness over the less dominate factor and foster a sense of equality. When this balance is upset through attrition these positions change pattern as it is in the evolution of all things biological to find a way to survive and thrive. In humanity as with all things living the least amount of pain or destruction is the norm but prolonged exposure to undue hardships may provoke an unmitigated reaction from the least dominate factor.
I can be there and rep the Dirt Bagger Party. Thanks.
Excellent work NYC !!! Wish I could be with you, I'll be with you in Spirit here in LA, but keep up the good work! This is exciting!
