We should listen to his show sometimes to hear the propaganda he pushes. Know thy enemy. As an experiment, I listened to his show every day for a month. At first i couldn't help getting angry or just laughing at the nonsense that spews from this 'colorful' character. After about a week, I no longer reacted emotionally to it. Maybe his show is set up to inflame liberal minds so much, that none will listen to him. This way the propaganda can only reach the ears of the "Sheeple". That's my conspiracy theory for the day.

Ahh yes, Limbaugh. My dad before he passed away was a fullbore Limbot and diehard GOPper. Every day he'd have Rush's Rant Marathon going. He'd eat that verbal abuse like it was candy from heaven.

Being an Indy progressive even then, all I'd hear was endless incoherent ranting about gays, Democrats, liberals, blacks and feminazis, and just tune it out with my Logic Filter(tm). Rush is a wacko. Seriously.

I end up overhearing a lot of talk radio in my daily routine. Have heart, dear comrades! Even the stalwart Republicans are impressed by our fortitude!

Go team!

I once worked in a place where the boss put on AM talk radio all day while we worked. I once endured a full 9-hour marathon of it. Yeah it's crazy stuff. But it is good to know where some people get their views sometimes. But these shows are designed to get an emotion out of the listener, not provide a rational analysis. So attempting to counter their views rationally is often futile unfortunately.

I can't imagine why you would do that. I would have been bored to tears. He is pathetic in his ignorance, and distorted view of the world

Disclaimer: I don't consider this a liberal movement.
