We can change the city charter to allow voter referendums to overturn the fascist laws and regulations, such as those that let them close city parks at night to drive us out of public spaces we could use to set up permanent communities of protest and change.

The city charter could be changed by a voter referendum to allow referendums and propositions to be put on the ballot whenever there is an election. This is an extremely powerful voter tool that must be restored to us so we can take back our city! It is not up to them! We are the people!
