Cops will arrest all anyways, the issue will be under what law? -- Its called disorderly conduct, Penal Law § 240.20 in New York, the cops will say you were blocking the walk-ways.

Do NOT block walk-ways. The arrest will be unconstitutional and the case will be dismissed. Plus you can take it too federal court as a violation of civil rights!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also they will need to prove at trial you intended to block the walk-way. Ergo don't talk to the cops. Sit-down on a bench and ignore them.
