Why isn't there a leader for the movement? We need a people leader. There is nothing wrong with having money, but there is enough so people can have medical services.

patience, comrade, patience. A leader will emerge when the people have coalesced behind a principle. It's still too soon to ensure that we won't end up with our own Obama, well meaning and charismatic but essentially ineffective, because our distrust for establishment credentials will lead us to reject a more experienced leader. This is going to take more time than a lot of you considered. The revolution will NOT be televised, no matter how much coverage of our small efforts. It will continue steadily for months. BUT in the meantime, The entire Occupy movement should come down to DC and camp in Anacostia Park, site of the original Bonus March Encampment in 1932. Do what the Bonus Marchers did. Set up a clean, formal encampment. I'm sure there are enough sponsors who will pay for potties and showers.

Then, every day, all those at the encampment should get up at 6:30 a.m. and march down Maryland Avenue to the Capitol and spend the day visiting their Senators and Representatives. Every day until they get something done, like a nationwide Section 8 subsidy program so that everyone pays 1/3 of their monthly income for housing.

Let's get organized, Fellow Workers!

well meaning? lol. ok, yes. he means to do well for his own agenda, his own campaign contributors, and by the looks of the ICE on michelles' wrists and neck, for his own bank account.

ok sorry. I realize your reply wasn't about Obama, it's just I saw his name and didn't see "Crooked as hell" written beside it. Carry on, Peace
