Where are the fucking lawyers who are volunteering? Go ex parte tomorrow morning with a temporary restraining order against the NYPD from participating in the "clean-up" of the park.
The public plaza is to remain open for the public. Closing it down to clean it is BS and violates free speech as the police action is not incidental to the protest, they're completely clearing it. The government can more narrowly fulfill its mission by... um staying the F out of private land, cleaning parts of the park, etc.
