As you can clearly see from the chart, this current system is not working.

Im not sure what the public employees jobs look like. But clearly people who want to work, create work, or supply work, are facing an uphill battle.

Private employment pretty much peaked in 1990, at around 66 million. It stagnated until the crash, and now is in a free fall.
If anyone has a partisan comment on this, I hope the person next to them smacks them upside the head.
Could be due to aging population, more kids in college, and more unemployment.
