Forum Post: Just a thought or my 2 cents

Banners.. with explict messages will help ordinary folks define this movement as it goes forward. The media is having an effect on the rest of the populace by saying "What are you protesting?" So you people need to find a way to tell them. Placards are cool too, don't get me wrong. But twenty or thirty people holding a banner(s) makes a difference in sorting out in people's minds what the goals of this movement may be. 'Corporate Greed' although it exists, ain't going to be enough toget things done, if it ends up being the focus. Specifics are needed such as..

Repeal Citizens United Ban Corporate Lobbyists Break-up Big Banks etc etc

If 10,000 people march, you can't have 10,000 different messages, but you can have 50 people with one message here, and another 50 with another message over there.
