This morning Judges in different states ruled in favor of protesters. In NY,NJ,TN judges upheld protesters rights, property must be returned, temporary restraining orders against city officials and police. Breaking rules is not breaking laws. Arrests made were unlawful and unwarranted. The brutal eviction was uncalled for, assaulting citizens and denying them their constitutional rights is illegal. Destroying and confiscating private property without warrant is theft and destruction of private property. Breaking rules without breaking laws is called PROTEST. City officials, mayor, and police are stalling and continuing to deny protesters their rights in NY.
