Each citizen, whichever the sex, skin color, age, enjoys the following inalienable freedom rights: religion or belief, speeches, writing, publicizing and/or to assemble, to issue petitions to government and, finally, vote.
The governments are set to provide and ensure the security, the needed infrastructures, the education, the health and the minimum standard of living per region.
Each citizen and corporation participate and cooperate to the government duties by funding them proportionally to owned assets and received profits, wages or benefits. Citizens are authorized to deduct from their taxable income the absolute minimum regional living standard.
To ensure such participation, the government issues a progressive tax scale never exceeding 50% of the final revenue. All loopholes, earmarks are cancelled or voided.
The Federal government is duly authorized to issue income tax credits for the first half lifetime of any investment. These credits will be repaid during the second half life time period.
