Does anyone know if there is an appeal process taking place of either of the following:

Judge Stallman's ruling that camping in publicly owned (or leased, etc.) parks or other spaces is not protected by the first amendment?

Judge Billings being replaced by Judge Stallman, and the manner in which it was done.

And finally, is there any lawsuit against the city for having ignored Judge Billings' 11/15 6:30 am restraining order?

I have read somewhere that there is no legal action ongoing because there is no "leader" to see it through. This is I hope, not the case as it would be horrible.

That's pretty much what the National Lawyers Guild table told me on the OWS anniversary this September. They said there was no OWS leadership body which could make that decision. Which is ridiculous.
