In 20 years from now my daughter will be 28. My son 23. What is this country going to be like. Its not good right now. Better in 5 years? Think not! What do we need to do to make things better for there future. I think this is a great time to start to do something. I was never political or activist what soever, but i see what is happening around us. I'am all over this and going to monitor and help everyday. Before it's too late.

The system is broken because the laws that are passed in all government, state, federal or local to benefit a few, not the whole. You know the saying, "The best government money can buy". You see we don't have any money, so we cannot buy government. Take subsidies for example. 167 billion dollars spent of our money. Why are they having Farm Aid concerts? Because the people that get farm aid are "gentlemen farmers", or conglomerates, including some of our Tea Party senators as recipients. The real farmers do not get that aid. Therefore, laws steered money to the wealthy. Government is broken, it does not work for the 99%. But, Congress will not even consider eliminating subsidies. Check out the Farm Aid Data Base, where the money goes, including Ron Paul's district.

It's interesting when I watch the news an unemployed man with a phd in politics (assume government??) complains the system is broken. How so? Is it the governments responsibility to provide jobs for everyone? That sounds like socialism to me. More government means less liberty and less problems. I believe the governments job is to get out of the way. If we fight for less government your children can look forward to bright future.

Seems reasonable.

If you have a PHD in basket weaving it's still a worthless PHD. We need PHDs in bio-engineering, not in politics.
