I am driving from Maine and I may be late for the 8pm start on saturday. What is the pan after the kick off?
ADMIN NOTE: This does not start at 8PM. Events are actually starting to take place today (the 16th) and there'll be plenty of things to do all day tomorrow. Here's a recently released itinerary of events and there's a lot more information on our home page.
8pm is best but if u can get their by 7pm that's better

I may be a little late. A few of us are meeting at planet Hollywood for a kick off dinner to celebrate. Sometimes the service is slow there.

F#@k off! This DOES NOT STRAT AT 8:00! This is a worthless troll saying meaningless bullshit.
The working groups start at noon and the general assembly starts at 3. There's a lot of stuff people need to get together and do before an event like this before taking action.
I actually recommend showing up on Friday if you can because there'll be other events and nonviolence training.
Ok, I've heard noon, 3, 6, 7 and 8 as the start times. Does anyone really know what's going on? If we can't even pick the start time how can we handle the bigger issues like food and dealing with the NYPD
if you look at the name which signed this, jart is someone who at the least is authorized to make news article posts and who is also behind designing the site. Not to say she should be blindly followed as a leader for the movement. Just that these times have been thrown out by people who are actually willing to create programs at those times - put energy into making showing up at those times worthwhile. 8PM doesn't seem to have any dedication behind it. So I would assume that 8PM is a troll trying to mislead.

WHY DON'T THE ADMINISTRATORS OF THIS SITE START DELETING TROLL TOPICS AND START BLOCKING I.P. ADDRESSES????
The problem's been dealt with. We just got attacked by a spam bot with like 30+ or so IP addresses. It's a real pain for us to deal with this sort of thing because we don't keep webserver logs by default, we allow anonymous posts, and we don't inconvenience our users with filling out captchas. Please also keep in mind we're only human and can't watch the site 24/7.
Because I'm assuming the administrators believe in the complete freedom of speech, which includes not censoring trolls or blocking anyone from posting what they want.
We have strong anti-troll and safer-space policies.
