In 2008 Barack Obama knew the insurance mandate was not a solution and spoke out against it in the debates.
"If an insurance mandate is a solution then let's solve homelessness by mandating everyone to buy a house." -Obama arguing against an insurance mandate
I agree with 2008 Obama on this issue.

When someone changes one position out of a hundred, people say it shows they aren't an ideologue. When someone changes 99 positions out of 100, multiple times, people say it shows they are an idiot.
Now you should also find the one where Romney has argued against everything. And for it, and against it, and......
etch-A-sketch etch-A-sketch...............
If the sketch etches....scratch it.
Isn't that already common knowledge?
Most repubs don't even like Romney
Common knowledge is like common sense, uncommon.
Gotta wonder though, nobody likes him but the polls are close. Common sense? Will raise their taxes, will cut his. Will get a job, ship theirs to China. Common sense? Has insurance, will repeal theirs. Common sense?
Has his kids educated, will cut loans and raise rates for theirs. Common sense?
Then there are all of those facts that the Repubs believe the opposite of. It goes on and on. So, maybe it is stupidity that is common?
