I don't want to see this protest fail and I know that it will unless you guys pick one demand and stick to it. In the facebook poll the vast majority of people voted for ending corporate personhood as the one SINGLE demand. The demand should be declared some time within THIS week. If you guys are not willing to listen to reason it will have all been in vain.

"AWARENESS" is an important thing for people to have. Also "WHEN YOU CHANGE THE WAY YOU LOOK AT THINGS THE THINGS YOU LOOK AT CHANGE." A Yogi said this phrase to me, and please pass it on to your fellow Americans. KEEP PREACHING THE TRUTH FOR IT SHALL SET YOU FREE.

Logically that makes sense. But the 1% Aristocracy have ruled for ever. I see this in the historic march of mankind towards freedom and a share at the table. It has always been the Aristocracy and the peasants. The American Middle class of the 1930's to 1980 was a historic anomaly built with huge sacrifice. The gains are almost all gone, we are peasants again. It is going to be a long fight back, make a big list. First the Corporate Aristocracy needs to be occupied and disassembled, its historic crimes revealed. One demand is not going to fix anything, lets end aristocracy forever.

I don't want to see this occupation fail either - I hope to see it snowball absolutely - but I don't think quickly settling on the One Demand is going to determine anything. Best case would be getting that one demand "met" in some pretend way while whoever "grants" it figures out how to make the people pay in the end. Make them come to us. It's Wall Street - is there anything unclear about this, really?

The longer we take to form a single demand, the more people will come to voice their demands. VOICE YOUR DEMANDS is the only demand.

Remember guys, this is not only about you. This is about all the people who have supported you. By demanding an unrealistic demand you are in essence giving everybody the middle finger. Don't let them down.

Lol, talk to Ur legislators about ending corporate personhood, ever since the CIA killed JFK, money has ruled politics. Corporate personhood in politics is nothing new. They always find loopholes. Abolish money!

the demand that is in fact being focused on and wisely so is to repeal the repeal of steagal.

just one lazer beam focus is important, but it will be futile if we don't get a strong treatment for every other issue in order.

All sign waving and protesting and NO homework, this social movement has been dead social movement walking since it started- all because they are out there in order to avoid doing work with people like me.

I agree. We can't have our cake and eat it too. Pick one demand for this protest, and then other groups such as the IWW can have separate protests for their own demands, such as a living wage.
