That all legislation be written in plain English and no more than 500 words...so that anyone can inform themselves in a timely manner.
I don't want to spend a weekend trying to figure out what the Federal Reserve is and does.
I have bachelors degree and while I have reading comprehension...reading this link from wikipeidia gave me a headache....
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_Reserve_System
by the way....i found this link also...

I want only ONE thing from all this...
I WANT MY GOVERNMENT BACK !
As log as we keep squabbling over our minor differences, we will become FACTIONS with NO POWER .... JUST the way the STATUS QUO wants !
Once we have an UNCORRUPTED Democracy, we can use it to settle our OTHER differences ! See http://occupywallst.org/forum/we-the-people-in-order-to-a-proposal/ for a proposal.
My personal opinion on the unneccessary complexity of certain policies and systems is that it is easier to do something 'bad' or 'illegal' when most people are not willing to understand, much less read, the jargon.
Why have something so complicated? Why not make it simple so everyone can understand it? We all have a right to know the truth.
Ill never forget Pelosi saying on national tv during the debate over obamacare..If you want to see what's in this bill you'll have to pass it first."
Your suggestion is called "dumbing down." Some things in this world are complicated and require a vocabulary of more than 500 words to describe. Honestly, if the Wikipedia article on the Federal Reserve gave you a headache, I don't know what to tell you, maybe you should get your money back on that degree of yours.
Look I know I'm being snarky but seriously, just because not every single person can understand something does not make that thing un-understandable.
Really? Do you understand what that article says? But I guess you are one of those idiots who thinks we don't need to understand it...we should just love our couches, pick up trucks, and tall boys of Budweiser? Give me a break...dumbing down? You're too stupid to realize that it's done this way on purpose to dissuade the masses from ever understanding.
Hi and thanks for calling me an idiot. You will note I did not call you name though I did have a moderately strong criticism of the idea you expressed. So let me go ahead and confirm that yes, I can understand the fucking article. It is written in English for Christ's sake, and it is not that complicated, and I guarantee you there are a whole lot of other people like me out here, who can read, and read that, and see the words, and follow what they say. Oops there you called me stupid there in the last sentence too, well.
I've got to admit, this is the first movement I've kind of followed that seems to have no real agenda. Just a bunch of mad people that seem to be mad to be mad.
Kinda like death metal in the late 80s early 90s before it sorta went mainstream.
the language seems to have been made more complex than necessary
