RICO! ATLANTA VA OFFICE OF LOAN GUARANTEE A CRIME SCENE? THE CALLING OF OUR TIME!: PROSECUTE THE ATLANTA VA LOAN GUARANTEE OFFICER! “This is a massive fraud on the American taxpayers and American veterans,” James E. Butler Jr., one of the lawyers bringing the suit, said Tuesday. Tens of thousands of the VA loans have gone into default or resulted in foreclosures, resulting in “massive damages” to the U.S. government, the suit alleges. The faulty loans will cost taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars, with the costs rising as more VA loans go into default, according to the suit. This case was a perfect opportunity to have the Maine justice system speak out loudly and clearly in favor of the rule of law, to demonstrate its willingness and ability to protect the little guy against corporate bullies, and to take decisive action to protect the integrity of our judicial system.

The judicial response in this case becomes an argument in favor of vigilantism as the only resource left to the people.

There are many such arguments.

So it would appear. I think we need to keep pointing that out - in the hope that doing so will result in demonstrations by members of the Judiciary that all is not yet lost . . .

The Occupy Movement cannot advocate violence - but I think that we can and we must continue to point out the inevitability of violence and the prospect of vigilantism from the general public in response to precisely this kind of judicial failure.

Social instability has a cost - the judiciary seems to be making its own investment in it.

This is not good.
