POLICE BY LAW CANNOT INTERFERE with the right to political protest..IT MEANS they can't remove you....at all..............wether ints in my back garden or on a public park......protests must be listened to....as the core democratice principle is petition of right....uswlecture 410 says its a demand expansive/my interpretation is this:-for government to change policy tracks or abolish abuses of government ect..............this is what petion of right is fact in law im a lawyer free lance

The limited powers given to the government by our constitution has been bloated with millions of laws. Many of those laws were passed by do-gooders who wrongly believe more government is the solution. As a result, police can interfere. They can cite you for disturbing the peace, inciting a riot, damage to public property and numerous other loopholes. This is why every individual should resist more government as it only leads to the individuals rights becoming encroached.
unless you are on someone else's property. I can't break into your house and perform a protest without your permission.
