Both are used to influence the receiver. If a corporation is a person, then put one in jail. Convict one of a lethal crime. If a corporations actions and decisions result in a death or deaths, then put the corporation in jail. Let's look at the Supreme court and ask the obvious. They called money "speech" knowing that it is used to influence a decision. So exactly what other decision influencing items could be construed as "speech"?
I'll call corporations people when the GOP stops caring about them. (Ok I stole that line from a yahoo poster, but I thought it was worth passing along)
