Just confiscate the brand and all the properties and wealth of that corporation on books. Redistribute this wealth among the the poor and the needy around the world.

Executed, no.... Killing is never right. It is the easy way out of a nuanced problem. Why should we make ourselves into the very things which we abhor in others. Murder is murder, no matter the reason for it. Otherwise we could justify bloodshed, and you just can't.... the world is more nuanced than that.

but it can't be murder... the corporation has no heartbeat

Then why call it an execution? Be careful with language. It is taken many ways. I was just expressing the idea on the metaphor. No heartbeat is a great point, you might even say that if corporations are people that they are heartless.... We know they are not people.. we should focus on going back to what the founding fathers intended for corporations... to serve the needs of the people and not to make profits at all. Let alone at the expense of people.

ok so to clearify; I mean, why can't a corporation be charged with a crime and "imprisoned" or "executed" like a person, in the sense that, you could prevent them from doing business for a certain period of time or force them to dissolve. That way a corporation cannot simply put our laws to the test of a cost/benefit analysis and determine that since they may not get caught, or they may be able to make more than the possible fine for a certain transgression, that it is okay to break the law.

I bet investors would be much more picky about what businesses they put money into if they stood any real risk of loosing it based on the decisions that are made by the leadership of that company.

They should be charged income tax on every dollar they make.... just like every other person.
