They have a point about Banks and some aspects of Corporate America, with that being said they have fail miserably at separating those who have earned their way of life from those who are corrupt. Their movement has now been hijacked by people from the far left end of their spectrum, even to the point that some of these protesters are now calling for civil war and/or violent protest. I would have been more supported if they could have controlled the nut jobs but when they decided to march on people's private homes they lost me completely there as that is nothing more than an invasion of privacy, regardless of how you feel about a corporation you do not have a right to march on someones home.
This movement is bigger than just the socialist fringe. There are conservatives here. Don't pull out now and it will fail. Instead, do what you did here and call them on it. We are non-violent and civil war would doom the movement.
Be aware that some corporations have devised software to manipulate sites like these, where they can post comments that encourage dissension in our ranks.
Them marching on houses? I'm a conservative but I don't think that went over the line. The people they marched on have been involved in the corruption of governments, like Rupert Murdoch and the News of the Word Scandal.
Regardless no one not one person has a right to violate the private property of another person whether they be rich or poor, once you cross that line and cross over onto peoples property, they have the right to defend that property and themselves.
Did anyone leave the public way and actually trespass? If so, they should have been arrested.
did you get your information from the media by chance?
no one speaks for the whole group and you can't control the nut jobs in any goup.
You can't control everyone. There are crazies everywhere. But most of us just want to work together to come up with a better system. Yes, it is going to take a lot of time and many lengthy discussions where we won't all agree. The point is that we start talking, we start sharing, we starting taking this country back.
Occupy LA Speaker is advocating violence as a means

Even on this site, others are calling for violence and even to the point of advocating a civil war.
That is bullshit. This has been and continues to be a non-violent mobilization. Quit trying to stir things up you troll.
