This is an excerpt from my book 'Letter To Humanity: GROW UP!':
I would rather die poor than spend one more day as a wage slave. A lot of people don’t really understand the animosity I have towards the working man. Pretty much everyone. Rather, it’s not directed at them, but what they willingly take part in.
I don’t have a problem with people working for a living. I have a problem with people being wage slaves.
That is the situation the world lives in now. People are not workers, they are wage slaves.
What I mean by wage slave is that people are slaves to their jobs, and the corporations. Who sets the pay? Corporations. Who sets the prices? Corporations. We are nearly right back to people being underpaid by a company, then having to pay the company for food and shelter too. I suppose the real issue is money. Always money.
It is the driving force behind humanity right now. Not freedom. Not the betterment of the species. Not personal happiness.
Money. Greed. Having more stuff than the guy next door. Have we really come all that far from the apes? Not where it counts most.
I just don’t understand money. I don’t like money, I don’t really want to need money. To me money is just a way to do things.
I want to start a publishing company for my game ideas, music and stories. I need money to do that. I hate that I need money to do that. My potential in life is blocked by a lack of steady cash flow. I have a landslide across my path called money.
I really don’t understand people that are in love with money and power. What is the point of having an easy life if you have to crush people to get it?
How many geniuses died without realizing their potential because they never got a chance? How many masterpieces never got made because so many can’t afford to pursue their dreams? How many cures for cancer and disease have we lost because so many can’t afford to go to school, or never even had a chance to go to a real school?
It is said that when the library of Alexandria was burned humanity lost a thousand years of progress in a day. That great library contained the wisdom and technology of the ages and it was lost to us because of greed.
It’s the main reason I believe Atlantis could have been real. Maybe even the other legendary civilizations going back though the ages. Humans just can’t seem to get past this rut of building things up, then having it all collapse.
After all the man, often called the Father of chemistry Jābir ibn Hayyān (721-815) states in one of his many text if the smallest particle of matter could be split it would release enough energy to destroy a city the size of Baghdad. The idea of Nukes was around over a 1,000 years ago. Is it really so far fetched that an advanced society developed, then destroyed it's self?
If there is anything humanity is good at, it's killing and mayhem.
Why don’t we learn? Why are the little demons still allowed to run things?
Money in and of it’s self is not the problem. Greed is the problem, and the only way to get rid of greed is to remove the power money brings. If it should be anything, money should be a reward, not a driving force. Wouldn’t it be nice?
Everyone just gets what they need. Everyone gets an education. Everyone has the opportunity to pursue their dreams.
The number one thing that makes people unhappy is not having enough money. Or rather it's the disparity between how much the lower classes have and the upper classes have. The wider the gaps between rich, middle class and poor, the more unhappy people get.
The problems in the world are derived from one thing. Those that have money, making sure that those that don’t, can't get any unless they are willing to sell themselves to get it.
I don’t hate people. I don’t even hate the sheep that blindly follow. Not even the ones that talk shit about supporting non-working bums on welfare but have no problem supporting non-working bums in CEO chairs. I piety them.
I may never get to start my company. I may never be famous. I may never be able to leave the legacy I so badly want to create. But I would rather die poor on my own terms, than let some corporation suck out my soul one day at a time.
"For what is a man what has he got If not himself then he has not To say the things he truly feels And not the words of one who kneels The record shows I took the blows And did it my way" From 'My Way', written by Paul Anka, sung most famously by Frank Sinatra.
Man. Who put the sand in you vagina?
Buy Made in USA products to support American jobs and save money by not having to replace Chinese products over and over
I think you may be mentally ill
i feel for you my friend but you cannot destroy the universal laws of supply and demand and barter and trade.
We need to boycott imported goods buy Made in the USA I can't believe you think that. I want a decent job.I'm begging for one. You are giving us all a bad name
It's not a two party process. The choices aren't rich and greedy or slave. Have some respect for the 99% of people that aren't either. Pull your head out of your ass, get a job or go donate your time to charity.
Getting rid of money, unfortunately, will not get rid of greed. Greed is part of humanity, in one aspect or another. Some people are cursed with uncontrollable greed, and others are social to the point, they cannot understand the concept. Rest assured, it is here, has been there for the past 50k years, and will be there for our children.
Please don't think I don't understand your point, I understand perfectly. Money, for me, allows a roof over my head, clothes, and food for my family, and some beer after work. Other than that, I could care less how much there is, here, there, or anywhere else.
I have a solution for the power mongers and greed heads. A bullet between the eyes.
As tempting an idea as that might be, those are people, and they have families, innocent children, etc. I don't know about you, but I don't think any person here has the right to stand in judgement for life and death in that manner.
Peace without bloodshed is impossible. The only solution for those who value money and power over everything else is death. The only way to deal with them is to have zero tolerance and weed those traits out of the genetic and social framework.
It is NOT impossible, although it is difficult. Apparently you have no idea what bloodshed is truly like, ye who are so willing to indulge in it. I am an adult, and have been for 23 years now. I am well aware of what being involved with this movement may mean in the future, as well as what the risks are. I have a family that depends on me, yet am still determined to see this through, with the highest hope in my heart that all of this can be resolved at the ballot box.
I am also an adult. One having an IQ in the upper 130's. I have been reading at a college level since 2end grade, and have what can only be called a gifted mind. With all the ability and difficulty that brings.
I am a realist.
I am not fast to seek blood. However, anyone that puts their own lusts first will always be a threat.
I have been part of this movement since before it was a movement, having written many articles on this topic over the past 5 years or so, most of which ended up becoming my book. As such I am well aware of how radical my views are, and how dangerous to me that could be.
It wont be resolved at the ballot box. Not so long as you have a significant portion of the country convinced that letting the rich and the corporations do whatever they want is the answer.
That's why I am mainly here trying to stir the pot to get people to buy my book. I see nothing real coming out of this movement but a lot of hot air being blown around because unlike myself, most of you haven't really taken the time to think about what you are trying to say. Nor do you have the balls to see anything through.
Sorry, but I have lost faith in this species to a very great degree.
By your own admittance, you are here trying to get people to buy your book. You want money. Well, ok, money is helpful, but you further are urging bloodshed, in the interest of enriching yourself. You should be ashamed of yourself
I am not urging for bloodshed. You are mistaking my statement of what needs to happen, with what I expect to happen. I expect nothing to happen, and nothing to change.
You yourself said there is no way to get rid of greed or power mongering, I pointed out that while that may be true there is a way to deal with people who put their lust first. Obviously you are one of the ones that doesn't have the balls to take the required actions to cure the illness at it's source. The only cure for some cancer is surgery to cut out the diseased tissue.
I wish I could see another solution, but I don't. You can't give people that crave power any lee way, they will find a way to turn it against you. That's just the way it is. They see nothing wring with what they do, they cannot be reasoned with. They see the world as owing them anything and everything and they wont stop till they get it.
I want to sell my book to make the money I need to make other things happen. I have so much shit in my head... I need money to get the things I need to bring those what's in my head to life. It's my drive in life, to create. I can't create without resources.
Lastly, just because I see no solution that doesn't require deaths, it doesn't mean I like the idea. Changing the way the world works is a complicated topic and it often brings up conflicting thoughts and emotions.
So go out in the wilderness and build a log cabin. Ciao.
Which has nothing to do with what I said. Try harder.
You are very rich, my friend and you are not alone in how you feel.
'I may never get to start my company. I may never be famous. I may never be able to leave the legacy I so badly want to create.' This is your choice. Who are you blaming?
A system designed to keep anyone not willing to be a whore down. And if you think I don't work hard to try and achieve those things you are a fool. I just don't do it their way, I do it mine, and my way may not get me what I want, but at least it was my way.
Huh. I'm not a whore, just worked really hard to get what I wanted, my own company.
And you did it without being a corporation's bitch to make the start up money? You did it without stomping over other people? You did it without needing to enslave yourself to a bank to get a loan?
I find it hard to believe that you managed to start a successful company without racking up some bad karma somewhere along the way.
Nope. No bank loans, they wouldn't give me one. Their rejection letter is framed and in my office. I didn't stomp on anyone, I too, believe in Karma. I did of course work for someone prior, does that make me someone's bitch?
Then I applaud you, and humbly admit my mistake. However, being of abnormal mind I am un hire-able. Manic-depressive, high intelligence so I hate dealing with most people most of the time, serious lack of social ability, etc. I am also artistic, which takes a lot of time to build a sustainable life on, as opposed to doing programming where my issues would be less of a hindrance and can be quite lucrative.
