The hubris and banter of the ignorant and bigoted. So long as their families are allowed the safety of anonymity, they will not have the impetus to change. Remove that anonymity and level the playing field.

The police that do not act against their fellow officers guilty of this behavior, deserve the same fate. The people need not respect any police undeserving of respect. Police who treat civilians with such violence deserve no safety from it.

Thx. If fear of reprisal replaces impunity, the thoughts and actions of the police themselves will return to a much more humane mindset. Who wants to fear for their own children because daddy was a "big you tube star".
