OK, Here is one problem with capitol reserves [ $ simply has the omnipresent ability to sit in one place - forever ]

ONE SOLUTION: [ When capitol is in reserve it is restricted by limiting the time in which to spend said capitol ]

EXPLANATION: [ Add the factor of "TIME" to the financial dynamic ] This time restriction should be factored into the finance system to insure the flow of capitol within said system which in turn will insure no one or anything corporate is holding all the cards for very long - - -

CONCLUSION: [ when capitol is placed under pressure with the additional factor of a "TIME LIMIT" in which to circulate said capitol - then capitol will never fall to any single percentage of a fixed set - the fixed set in this case is the 1% we are all trying to understand ]

WHAT DOES THE UNUSED CAPITOL FLOW INTO? [ It is returned to the government that printed it ]
