And tomorrow, boehner can give lying lessons to the
end-of -the-world crazies -
he will explain why the world did not end - and plan B was written on the back of the Mayan calendar

Boehner put this up for vote because his millionaire tax plan cant get enough votes. Howard Dean & Robert Reich say we will go off the cliff - which will NOT be a big deal. But it will cut military spending. The 98% tax cut WILL be put back.

Have you noticed - almost all spending cuts discussed are NOT military?

limit mortgage interest deduction to $20,000
tax cap gains as income
AMT at 20% for all corps
increase inheritance tax rate for the rich
eliminate cap on payroll tax
stock transfer tax ( we used to have one ) renegotiate ALL military contracts
no more cost plus no privatizing military & prisons etc.

Soon to be canceled by the Senate.

This will be the first time a nation has gone "over a cliff" and actually no one noticed the next day. Taxes just go back to Clinton levels. Life goes on.
