Why not lighten up and just admit it- There is systematic corruption in our government by special interests.

This should be something people across the political spectrum can agree on in order to begin discussing solutions.

That was all I had to say...

Then work to stop it instead of supporting people with very marxist ideas sullying a private park in Manhattan.

You aren't ignoring anything if you are here on this site.

PS - Zucotti park is not a "private" park, look into what the arrangement with Brookfield really is and where it came from. Had it been private, the protestors would most likely be evicted by now.

My point is that you people are using and abusing things that are the fruits of the capitalist system that we have.

I am not supporting anyone's ideas, I have my own. I have attended Occupy Seattle a number of times and I will be going again to express my opinion that people across the political spectrum need to be involved to discuss this underlying corruption. If you have a problem with those with Marxist ideas at the protests, you should attend and express your own ideas- they would absolutely be welcomed..

I rather ignore them, like a zit, and they will go away.

Are you five? What riddle, Where?!?!

[-] 1 points by mwagshol (120) from Seattle, WA 13 years ago

The trick is that the general populace has been divided into L vs R, when in reality the problem is systematic corruption within the government..

True, but the way you said it just sounded like something my 10 year old brother would say.

That may just be the approximate comprehension level of many adults in this country, so thanks for the compliment!

The OWS is against any government. This is obvious by their lack of leadership.

[-] 1 points by mwagshol (120) from Seattle, WA 13 years ago

I'd say that OWS is against corruption in the government by special interests
