I mean like i am not understanding it and i went to collage and got a degree in economics. I understand that only a small minority can has the moneys, but at the same time we all can has the moneys too. There is a new millionaire in the US every week, from the lotto for example. I play the lotto often and asspire to be a millionaire soon too. So i don't understand why people be jelly about others, just work hard and play the lotto and u can be the 1%.
I think i might win da lotto dis week and haz all da moneyz! And did you guys know the with the Samsung Nexus i can unlock mah fone wid mah face? but iPhonez still betta and all others are just jelly
i haz lotto ticket! iz rich yet?
I'm jelly about you and your lottery tickets.
I'm tired of these hippies who majored in PreColombian Pottery at some liberal Arts College who are angry at me for my 3rd house in the hamptons. I worked hard social networking at the parities during business school in order to get my job on wall street. I should be able to wear my cufflinks proudly and take my helicopter to the Short Hills mall to buy clothes for my girlfriends. Don't be mad at me because you majored in something that is worthless to society and now you have to work at starbucks to pay off that stupid loan that I sold to you.
can i haz a ride on ur helicopter?, ikindajelly actually
"I worked hard social networking" nuff said. think about it....
"I may not look like I could finance a trip to the zoo but the truth is I make a pretty good living. My income is a damn lot more than your father gives your mother to live on. But my money doesnt matter in your neighborhood, because I work for it. Working for your money doesnt matter in your neck of the woods, its whos crotch the doctor yanked you out of."
I love helicopters and cufflinks. Let's hang out.
What's wrong with Pre-Columbian pottery? I'd rather talk to that guy than you!
Hey, I have a great idea! I'll move in with you! I'll teach you how to use Linux; I promise you'll know more about it than Richard Stallman in just two weeks. You like classic heavy metal? We'll mosh like it's 1982 every fuckin' weekend, so loud it'll keep the neighbors awake in Alaska! Remember this song?
"We're not gonna take it, we're not gonna take it, we're not gonna take it, anymore!"
LOL, what comes around goes around, amigo. Seeya soon!
We're mad at you because you don't need a third house. You don't need a helicopter. Everything about you sounds shallow and pathetic. Like all the rest of your kind. The hole inside you try to fill up with things will eventually lead to Cirrhosis and an early death. You are a disease we need to cut out before the whole species dies of cancer.
I really hate to say it, but you sir fail at sarcasm recognition.
Which part of it reads as sarcasm? In order for it to be sarcastic there has to be a point where the shallowness and materialism is brought into contrast with what he is saying, that doesn't happen. If he had said something about dying of liver failure, or some such then it would be sarcastic. You need to learn to read if you thought that was sarcasm.
Sarcasm [sahr-kaz-uhm] noun
That's the definition I use of sarcasm. And with the way it got you to respond, it seems the taunt worked.
See also: Trolling.
It was derisive towards the original post, which I recognize as a stupid troll. However the post by BigG read like a love letter for everything I hate in people. There was no irony present that would have made it sarcastic.
It would qualify as a troll, but it's not sarcasm. I've been reading at a college level since 2end grade, so I know what I'm talking about.
i so jelly of ur reeding skillz
Wow that college level must have been the Devry University college. Because it was complete sarcasm.
If I thought BigG was being serious, I might agree with you. However, if you read it like you'd listen to it out of the mouth of the normal person, it comes across in the same tone you'd get from the guy who stands up in one of the Monogamous Prude Association's meeting and says he's going to have an orgy with all two hundred and eighty two of his wives. He's deriding that line of though by pretending to be it and putting it out there for people to see how ridiculous it sounds.
And since you're looking for irony, how about how you're bragging that you have been reading at a college level since you were about seven and yet you flubbed up the spelling of the abbreviation for second?
I agree that BigG sounds shallow, pathetic and materialistic, however, I don't oppose the idea that he should be allowed to make money and spend it the way he wishes. That is provided that he works hard and makes money fairly, not buys a few politicians and has some 1000+ page bill created that states a good cause but actually just gives him an unfair advantage over his competition. Too many laws have been made to protect the big business from competition. Look no further than our policies controlling food, medicine, fuel, education, finances and even prisons.
Ask farmers why they can't grow a plant like HEMP(very low THC, not pot). It can provide industrial purposes including paper, textiles, biodegradable plastics, construction, health food and fuel. Besides it does not require pesticides, chemicals, etc. Hmmm, would that cut into the profits of oil and chemical companies, so of course there is some law against it.
I am well aware of the hemp controversy, and am a proponent of full legalization since marijuana is far better than alcohol as far as getting buzzed safely goes, and it does have medical uses. I am against corporations pretty much all together, as well as the stock market. Both systems inevitably lead to where we are now.
Ultimately nothing will change unless the way people act and think change. I am against the kind of excess he describes because until we stop reveling in such excess as a race, people will seek out such excess by any means necessary.
I have no desire to go all green, or be Mr survivalist or anything, but there must be a point when enough is enough.
The money we're talking about here was acquired through massive, systemic fraud. Would you recommend that we do the same?

I can't buy weed for under $10/gram. That's what I'm pissed about. weed should, at the most, cost $5/gram. and that's if it's like white rhino or something. if the un-Constitutional Prohibition of Weed would just end it would cost so much less and I would go back home and quit camping in the street.
jelly lol
hey all... Get Back To Work ...hehe
Hahaha, most millionaires didn't win the lotto. And most lotto winners return to broke.
lol
Farce.
Shakes head
Because they concentrate way too much wealth. This causes hardship and economic instability.
We have been mislead by Reagan, Bush Sr, Clinton, Bush Jr, Obama, and nearly every other public figure. Economic growth, job creation, and actual prosperity are not necessarily a package deal. In fact, the first two are horribly misunderstood. Economic growth/loss (GDP) is little more than a measure of wealth changing hands. A transfer of currency from one party to another. The rate at which it is traded. This was up until mid ’07′ however, has never been a measure of actual prosperity. Neither has job creation. The phrase itself has been thrown around so often, and in such a generic politicali manner, that it has come to mean nothing. Of course, we need to have certain things done for the benefit of society as a whole. We need farmers, builders, manufacturers, transporters, teachers, cops, firefighters, soldiers, mechanics, sanitation workers, doctors, managers, and visionaries. Their work is vital. I’ll even go out on a limb and say that we need politicians, attorneys, bankers, investors, and entertainers. In order to keep them productive, we must provide reasonable incentives. We need to compensate each by a fair measure for their actual contributions to society. We need to provide a reasonable scale of income opportunity for every independent adult, every provider, and share responsibility for those who have a legitimate need for aid. In order to achieve and sustain this, we must also address the cost of living and the distribution of wealth. Here, we have failed miserably. The majority have already lost their home equity, their financial security, and their relative buying power. The middle class have actually lost much of their ability to make ends meet, re-pay loans, pay taxes, and support their own economy. The lower class have gone nearly bankrupt. In all, its a multi-trillion dollar loss taken over about 30 years. Millions are under the impression that we need to create more jobs simply to provide more opportunity. as if that would solve the problem. It won’t. Not by a longshot. Jobs don’t necessarily create wealth. In fact, they almost never do. For the mostpart, they only transfer wealth from one party to another. A gain here. A loss there. Appreciation in one community. Depreciation in another. In order to create net wealth, you must harvest a new resource or make more efficient use of one. Either way you must have a reliable and ethical system in place to distribute that newly created wealth in order to benefit society as a whole and prevent a lagging downside. The ‘free market’ just doesn’t cut it. Its a farce. Many of the jobs created are nothing but filler. The promises empty. Sure, unemployment reached an all-time low under Bush. GDP reached an all-time high. But those are both shallow and misleading indicators. In order to gauge actual prosperity, you must consider the economy in human terms. As of ’08′ the average American was working more hours than the previous generation with far less equity to show for it. Consumer debt, forclosure, and bankruptcy were also at all-time highs. As of ’08′, every major American city was riddled with depressed communities, neglected neighborhoods, failing infrastructures, lost revenue, and gang activity. All of this has coincided with massive economic growth and job creation. Meanwhile, the rich have been getting richer and richer and richer even after taxes. Our nation’s wealth has been concentrated. Again, this represents a multi-trillion dollar loss taken by the majority. Its an absolute deal breaker. Bottom line: With or without economic growth or job creation, you must have a system in place to prevent too much wealth from being concentrated at the top. Unfortunately, we don’t. Our economy has become nothing but a giant game of Monopoly. The richest one percent already own nearly 1/2 of all United States wealth. More than double their share before Reagan took office. Still, they want more. They absolutely will not stop. Now, our society as a whole is in serious jeapordy. Greed kills.
Anybody else find it hilarious that he started the above post answering a question that was never asked?
I was responding to the post.

Agreed, so let's start the war against Injustice by starting our own banks to double the income of the Bottom 99% of Workers, for many more people will come to your side when you are proactive (for “new” Business & Government solutions), instead of reactive (against “old” Business & Government solutions), which is why what we most immediately need is a comprehensive “new” strategy that implements all our various socioeconomic demands at the same time, regardless of party, and although I'm all in favor of taking down today's ineffective and inefficient Top 1% Management System of Business & Government, there's only one way to do it – by fighting bankers as bankers ourselves, and thus doubling our income from Bank Profits which are 40% of all Corporate Profits; that is, using a Focused Direct Democracy organized according to our current Occupations & Generations. Consequently, I have posted a 1-page Summary of the Strategically Weighted Policies, Organizational Operating Structures, and Tactical Investment Procedures necessary to do this at:
http://getsatisfaction.com/americanselect/topics/on_strategically_weighted_policies_organizational_operating_structures_tactical_investment_procedures-448eo
Join http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/StrategicInternationalSystems/ because we need 100,000 “support clicks” at AmericansElect.org in support of the above bank-focused platform.
Most importantly, remember, as cited in the first link, that as Bank Owner-Voters in your 1 of 48 "new" Business Investment Groups (or "new" Congressional Committees) you become the "new" Online Congress, and related “new” Businesses, REPLACING the "old" Congress, and related “old” Businesses, according to your current Occupations & Generations, called a Focused Direct Democracy.
Therefore, any Candidate (or Leader) therein, regardless of party, is a straw man, a puppet, a political opportunist, just like today; what's important is the STRATEGY – the sequence of steps – that the people organize themselves under in Military Internet Formation of their Individual Purchasing Power & Group Investment Power. In this, sequence is key, and if the correct mathematical sequence is followed then it results in doubling the income of the Bottom 99% of Workers from today's Bank Profits, which are 40% of all Corporate Profits.
Why? Because there are Natural Social Laws – in mathematical sequence – that are just like Natural Physical Laws, such as the Law of Gravity. You must follow those Natural Social Laws or the result will be Injustice, War, etc.
The FIRST step in Natural Social Law is to CONTROL the Banks as Bank Owner-Voters. If you do not, you will inevitably be UNJUSTLY EXPLOITED by the Top 1% Management System of Business & Government who have a Legitimate Profit Motive, just like you, to do so.
Consequently, you have no choice but to become Candidates (or Leaders) yourselves as Bank Owner-Voters according to your current Occupations & Generations.
So JOIN the 2nd link, and spread the word, so we can make 100,000 support clicks at AmericansElect.org when called for, at exactly the right time, by an e-mail from that group, in support of the above the bank-focused platform. If so, then you will see and feel how your goals can be accomplished within the above strategy as a “new” Candidate (or Leader) of your current Occupation & Generation.
