its like this: i play the piano passably well. i work to get better and better every day. but i will never be a virtuoso. a prodigy. there are 8 year olds who play better than i ever will.

there comes this painful realization in the life of an artist that he will never be the best. but when surmounted, this can be a very freeing moment as well...

i think its similar with the acquisition of material goods. there is a certain creativity, a love of the game, that successful capitalists have. i dont think theres anything wrong with that. that it is an unfair system, that you will never have the most no matter how hard you work, is something to come to terms with earlier rather than later.

then, you can enjoy the game : )

so you are saying we should just let them drive our country into a depression and let them make millions of homeless people? well we have been doing that for years, but no more, the american people don't want to take this crap anymore and they are standing up. if you like filing for bankruptcy because you couldn't afford cancer treatments and think thats fair then you shouldn't waste your time here.

Bono is no humanitarian. In fact, he made millions from a shady deal with Live Nation in which other investors were made to subsidize his multi-million dollar stock options regardless of market value. The stock tanked, Bono unloaded, and those 'other' investors did in fact take giant losses in part, so the filthy disgusting rich multi-hundred-millionaire 'humanitarian' Bono would not have to. Another rotten immoral disgusting trick perpetrated in the name of greed.

Ch'Ching! I've said it many times and I will say it many more. There is no such thing as a multi-millionaire humanitarian.
