I get the 409 error any time I try to respond to a post any fixes?

I thought it hod something with saving the OWS website address in my favorites list but thats not it, because I deleted it just keyed it into my browser when the site came up and I tried to login It wouldn't let me log in, I just got the 403 forbidden message, I think were being sensored or hacked!
