Forum Post: Hypocrisy of International Organizations

In this financial crisis most of the responsability have all international organizations, including the United Nations, the World Bank and International Monetary Fund. They knew what was happening and kept quiet. I wonder to question why international bureaucracy earns thousands of dollars?, Some people in these positions earns $ 40,000 to $ 50,000 per month, while there are thousands of people worldwide in unemployment. One funcionary of the IMF could spend $ 3000 a night hotel. We should also be outraged against these organizations. Conservation International, an environmental organization takes the big donations to work by the major environmental pollutants such as Chevron, British Petroleum, Monsanto, etc.. and nobody says anything, they do "green wash". It's time to wake up and expose the game of international organizations and ask for their accountability, their responsibilities in the financial crisis and environmental pollution. Their salaries will go down to really give international aid, not spending money on salaries, because that money comes from the world's governments, the pocket of all.
