How to Communicate if the Government Shuts Down the Internet

We should learn what we need to do if we need to fall back on other forms of communication now, because if the SHTF, I imagine we will be too busy surviving to learn it then.

That article didn't even mention sneakernets, which are the primary mechanism for digital information flow in Cuba. Flash drives that are physically carried from computer to computer.
