The main reason Occupy Wall Street started was because of the discontent of the people of the United States on the economic situation. Well, we should focus on that rather than start protesting about everything because you can only do one thing at a time. First, this movement’s main objective should be to try to force the government and corporations to act on making the American people’s lives better. To do this, we need to go to the core on how this economic crisis started. It started because Wall Street bet to much money on the housing bubble and when it exploded, Wall Street earned billions. What this movement needs to do is get the people who started this crisis out of their positions. Many CEOs who were there when the financial crisis started are still there. Tim Geithner and Ben Bernanke are still in their powerful positions today. And they are still earning millions while the middle class is suffering. This movement needs to protest what both of them are doing and the banks are doing. This movement can do that by boycotting the banks services. Second, Congress. Congress has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help the American people. This movement needs to make clear to Congress that they will not get reelected if they do not help the American people by cutting wasteful spending, creating jobs, and cutting debt. By creating jobs, I mean to actually spend money on USEFULL things like solar energy plants, new highways, bridges, growing industries, EDUCATION, and the military. The money should not be spent on creating a 13 billion dollar toll collecting system or replacing traffic lights that were just replaced last week. When I say the military, I do not mean that we should expand the military. I mean that they should modernize it and make it capable, but not spread out. It just doesn’t make sense if we have 100,000 troops in Europe when nothing is going on there except the French protesting because they will have one day less vacation. We should, I mean NEED to pull all those troops back. Instead, this money should be spent on making America proud of itself. We should invest A LOT more in education so that the American people can compete in the world. What about modernizing the cities? New York City looks like a 3rd world city compared to Beijing or Hong Kong. Congress has also not persecuted Wall Street for false practices and causing this economic crisis. All Congress has done is to tell Wall Street to not cause this mess again, but has not forced Wall Street to fix this mess. Also, Congress needs to stop listening to its Lobbyists and actually talk with the American people. It needs to listen to the 99% of the population rather than the 1% of the rich who say the economy is in good shape. This movement needs to protest this too because this is HEAVILY tied to the main objective. This movement will not succeed if it does not get a decent leader and objective. It needs to do something that will actually change something. One option is boycotting. Boycott companies who outsource jobs to other countries just so they can earn more money. Also, support companies who sell items that are ACTUALLY made in America. You need to hurt their money supply or they will just slap this movement away like a fly. Think guys, humans value money. Well if you stop their money flow, things will change.

OWS should stand for Overthrow Wall Street!
The people should gain real time control over their gov't decisions. The people should learn to govern. More power should be shared than before.
After the people will get more real time information on gov't actions and they will discuss what is better to do, they will do it more or less directly.
