The people are capable of doing it. How is to regain control of your politicians and make them work for you like they currently the corporations. Once this is done we can do much of the rest by just keeping our nose in politics. Americans fell asleep politically is part of the reason this happened. We let it happen over decades.

I agree that our politicians are suppose to work for us, however, honest people have a tendency to trust politicians to do as they claim. Unfortunately, our politicians are working for the big dollars instead of the common citizen. Money talks and money threatens. How do we rearrange the country so the politician is accountable to the common citizen?

Demand 2,4 and 5. addresses the problem of the system. So we can make this a work from home project or you will be protesting for years. We will have to take shifts.

If you want to bring liberals and conservatives together on this, which I think is a great goal to have, then you need to educate them a bit more on how our country got into this mess in a way that EVERYONE can understand. Please read this article that came out two days ago by an economist who articulates and offers a damn good, realistic solution to this confusion. The masses NEED to vote in the next presidential election and in order for them to be convinced we must have Obama sign a legal and binding contract stating he will repeal the nine economic measures listed in the article BEFORE the next election. Then send this out to everyone involved with OWS, even if you refuse to vote. The masses NEED to be educated about how this mess occurred so their causes can become more defined. http://www.truth-out.org/occupy-wall-street-movement-and-coming-demise-crony-capitalism/1318341474

The NRA is the answer.

Really? If you bring out weapons, they will be forced to do the same. I guarantee you our government has bigger weapons than you do and they are never going to let you have the same stuff.

Dont be a pussy. The army is full of corn fed idiots who cant do anything but get loans on giant trucks, chew tobacco and date large women. I think we have one up on the government.

As part of a military family - I guarantee you - you don't. You'd go alot further by reminding the men and women of the armed forces that they have been abused by this system too.

Yea, you can't end greed but you can reduce corporate/big money influence in government.
